Fabulous college seeking an energetic, customer service oriented and team player for an Admissions Representative.
Follow up with all assigned prospect inquiries as appropriate with telephone, email, letter/card and in person contact. An emphasis on appointment-setting leading to a formal interview is sought
Conducts face to face and telephone interviews on each prospective student based on their attitude, aptitude and motivations to enter into various fields of study. This will be done in accordance with all school policies and procedures, all applicable federal and state regulations and all accrediting agencies standards and requirements.
Enrolling and starting prospects into the best programs for the individual as determined via the aforementioned.
Consistently meeting and exceeding all goals assigned in the areas of phone calls, appointments, interviews, enrollments and starts as given by their supervisor.
Completes and maintains all required paperwork and data entry in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsible for assisting the prospective student by following up on a timely manner to insure that the admissions process is complete before starting classes.
Works with other departments (financial aid, student services, academics) to ensure student satisfaction.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Must demonstrate willingness to learn.
Understands admissions process.
Basic computer applications including email and the Internet, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Post-Secondary Degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years sales experience
Minimum of 6 months experience in an Admissions environment preferred
